Bart Amundsen grew up surrounded by homebuilding, learning the craft from his father and grandfather. Nineteen years ago, he founded Amundsen Construction, starting with finish carpentry before evolving into building custom homes.

Bart’s motto, “Luxury Homes Made Affordable,” drives his mission to create stunning, high-quality spaces from the ground up. His hands-on approach, transparency, and commitment to his clients make the process smooth and enjoyable.

Outside of work, Bart is a devoted husband and proud father to four daughters. Whether traveling or spending time at home, family is always his priority.

With experience in real estate and customer service, Kim Mangel is Bart Amundsen’s trusted sales representative, dedicated to ensuring clients feel supported and guided every step of the way.
As a Realtor on the Red Sign Real Estate Team at Keller Williams, Kim understands how to build strong relationships and deliver a seamless experience. She works closely with Bart to make sure each client feels heard and confident throughout the process.
When she’s not working, Kim enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
